I call this offering Energy Activation because it honors the principles of Reiki while reflecting my role as a catalyst. Through intuitive, gentle energy work, I help awaken the natural flow of your life-force energy and support the body’s own intelligence to move, release, and realign. You are the one who activates the transformation within yourself—I simply provide the spark, the guidance, and the space for that process to ignite.
Energy Activation (Reiki + Intuitive Guidance) is a 1:1 session, offered in-person or remotely, designed to activate the flow of your energy, align your chakras, and reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom.
As a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, I combine traditional Reiki with intuitive guidance and chakra balancing to support you in releasing tension, restoring energy flow, and accessing clarity, presence, and inner power. Each session is unique, responding to your energy and needs in the moment, and is designed to help you activate your own self-awareness and intuitive intelligence.
I act as a catalyst, creating space for insight, reflection, and subtle energetic shifts to emerge, while you remain in charge of your experience. The session may leave you feeling relaxed, lighter in body and mind, more connected to your intuition, or more aware of energy patterns that were previously stagnant.
