Live on Zoom

Sensual Sovereignty is an embodied journey for women who are ready to reclaim what was once sacred — their sensuality, their body, their power.

For thousands of years, the feminine body was revered as the gateway to life, and the senses were honoured as pathways to the Divine. Then, under patriarchal rule, this wisdom was silenced. Pleasure became taboo, the voice was shamed, and women learned to disconnect from their own aliveness.

In this two-hour immersion, we gather in circle to remember what our ancestors knew — that sensuality is not seduction, but sensation. Not performance, but presence. It is the art of deeply feeling.

In this workshop we explore sensuality through a multidimensional lens — the ancient and the modern, the mystical and the neurological. We'll look at how your senses shape your emotional landscape, how the body carries unprocessed patterns, and how breath, sound, and movement create real shifts in the nervous system. And we remember the lineages that came before us — the priestesses, healers, and feminine wisdom-keepers whose sensual, embodied knowing was silenced under patriarchal rule.

Here, we reclaim what generations were forced to abandon. We return sensuality to what it truly is: a sacred language of presence, intuition, and power.

Through deep discussion, breathwork, somatic exploration, and intuitive movement, you’ll be guided back into the truth of your own body — not to perform, not to please, but to reclaim yourself.
To feel what has long been suppressed.
To embody the parts of you that were never meant to be hidden.

This is a space where your sensuality becomes your sovereignty — a remembering of the woman you were before the world taught you to shrink, and a rising into the woman you came here to be.

This is an invitation to meet yourself in your fullest expression — not for anyone else, but purely, powerfully, unapologetically for you.

Come as you are.
Leave reconnected, radiant, and deeply in your body.
