I'm Sarah Leola, and I guide women to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their inner wisdom, and reclaim their confidence, sensuality, and power.

Through embodied coaching, transformational breathwork, intuitive movement & dance, and energy activation, I hold space for women to uncover what’s been holding them back and remember the strength, clarity, and sovereignty that has always been within them.

 

My work is inspired by my own journey of self-discovery, embodiment, and spiritual awakening—honouring the intelligence of the body as well as the ancient wisdom held within our blood, our lineage, and our soul.

I absolutely vibed you and your workshop. I had a massive release in the back of my heart chakra, which I've been trying to access for a little while. 
During your Sensual Sovereignty workshop, it was like a glow stick... that crack of openness and expansiveness. It's like that door is now open and I get to fill that chamber with love.
